Guys just curious
i'm looking for a vent server thats reliable for malaysia. been on darkstar and lately its junk.

IIANM, you can make the Ventrillo server urself.

I personally use the in game voice chat function, works fine for me

I'm also using Darkstar, it's the best I've come upon. Ventriloservers.biz is extremely laggy

later the ventrilo harrasment dude will come to your vent server

in game voice chat is completely shit compared to vent or even crappy TS (well its actually good cept majority, including myself prefer vent over TS for a lot of reasons)

Only problem with Malaysian hosted servers (personal or otherwise) is that if you have majority of your guildies outside of Malaysia and there's problem with the international lines again, sorry lah.

My guild is using Darkstar with the server being in Australia. Seems alrite except for the period when they switch to 3.0 and they had some issues in Jan - Feb. Other than that, since April, it's been fairly stable.

Ask them if you can switch to a server that is hosted elsewhere. Another place would be Singapore since they have servers there.

Added on March 21, 2008, 10:27 amThe only thing about the in-game chat is that a lot of people are already having problems with the sounds in-game that during raids, it's turn off. Especially with our stable connections in Malaysia.

Orangbulu, weren't u in US or UK? Probably a reason why the in-game chat function still works for u. Most of us are still using vent servers.
