guess TMnet really capping http download for 30kB/s from noon to midnight. when i start download.. the speed jump to 50-60kB/s for few second then stabilize to 10-30kB/s. been going on like this for few days now.
surprisingly, i can get full speed from torrent without using vpn service. just using utorrent 1.8 beta with force encryption. |
