I was getting vry slow DL from RS n opening up page is SO slow.
Was getting 118.x n 60.53 After a few disconnections n reconnections.. finally got IP 60.48, and speed is back to normal. |

yup they are capping.. but I cant get more info at what speeds n what determines a line to be capped

The copy pasta that I posted was obtained from TMNET internal support portal.
Im not working with TMNET, but I'm working somewhere in Plaza Vads. |
