Or when they are doing some routine sh*t they know they can fix in time.
They want to give people a "good" image, by showing that whenever there's a problem, they can fix it in time and they will tell the customer about it.
But when real sh*t happens, they wont say a thing and let it drag until it's worked out by foreign consultants/contractors/technicians.

Same problem here, ever since monday my connection to the internet goes really shitty at around night time but after 12 something it kind gets stable back again, weird thing is... seems that im the only one in my area affected as when i connected to my neighbour's wifi ( 3 different ones, with permission ) they all have no problems connecting to the internet
