You know, something is very wrong when you have time outs when you try to access the tmnet complain form page.

My streamyx connection is pretty slow from like 7pm to 3am otherwise it's OK. During those time there'll be high latency for certain sites I usually go to (Youtube, Nicovideo and Rapidshare). Strangely for certain popular sites like Yahoo! and Google are working normally. TM must be doing some kind of traffic prioritization.

I used to be able to get 218.x.x.x IP address but since the internet outage last Friday, at least for me, I'm getting 115.x.x.x now.

I've yet to test torrent, but for everything else I've no problem with the internet connection apart from slow youtube and for some reason, google is slow as well.
