The usual story. Slow connection. Call to make report. Last Thursday. On Friday, received a call. Asking if I've made a report. Repeated my story. Guy said will send someone over to check. Later in the day. Another guy called. Say telephone line no problem. Problem most probably at Streamyx side. Went home, found the phone line dead. Fast forward, called Saturday, Monday and then just now. Same thing. Phone line still out. Call to complain line is slow. They go disconnect your phone. Amazing bunch of idiots. I have no words for them.

But the initial problem was not my phone. It was the slow connection. It was after I made the report about the slow connection that those genius cut off my phone line.

Just to share with you guys, its best to lodge a report about your problem with 100, then give them a deadline to get back to you. Failing which, just go complete the online complaint form with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commissions (Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia). What will happen is TMnutz will receive an official letter from them with a deadline to rectify complaints highlighted and trust me ... TMnuts will call you day and night checking if you are happy or do you still face the same problems. I even told them off to stop calling me as the problem already been fixed. (after 3 different people calling asking the same thing) Just go to this website: Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia
