Lets all keep the slow downloads aside. Even simple browsing is giving serious problems now. Approx. 28 sites i regularly visit returned as error404 and CAN only be viewed through proxy.

Worse, even a couple of VPN cannot be connected and all tracert to most of the sites returned as request timeout etc..

Haha, their maintenance is BS. Region maintenance = statewide slowdown.

Anyway, no matter minor or major maintenance work, its best to update the customers. The TM officials respond is nothing but a cover up for being lazy.

That is right. While summing that up with current slowdown in line, it feels like back to future, the glory days of 56k.. or worse, 24.4.

Restored by 31st doesn't mean TM will reroute the connections on time as well.

QUOTE(makhai @ Jan 8 2009, 01:01 AM)
Ask for rebate ???? You must be dreaming man. This is Malaysia dude. You tak suka you keluar.

Phone support is like bunch of zombie. The last resort for them will be always reset port, try again 5 minute, give you report number , send technician.

But is fun when you shouted fack word in 4 language to them, pundek, fack u, kan ni na boh, p*ki.....keep on repeating that until they fed up and drop your call.
*
Nothing wrong with phone support. They are all friendly, for the English line at least. They are the dummies for TM, no matter how much you hate them, they cant do much to fulfill you. They do their part, make a report and hand it over to the technicians and keep track of the report.

The culprit is the technicians and TM itself. If you insist to show anger to TM, go to the HQ and spit all you can at the entrance tongue.gif

LOL.. my connection was at 1.5mb for more than 2 years.. move house last week, reconnected back and it's at 1mb doh.gif even the speed test is below 900kb doh.gif
*
Yap, same here. Lost my signal for 3 days and returned as 1MB. Previously i was given a silent upgrade to 2MB and line is uber-ly unstable.
QUOTE(gs20 @ Feb 4 2009, 12:23 PM)
My speed cap at 90kB/s even with VPN also same.
Before that used to hit 180kB/s

It happen ever since they reset the port. damn it
*
No surprise. I was about to hit 120kb/s and dropped back to 95kb/s. Still trying to find the reason what caused this. For some ultimate reason, my connection suffer from spike lags from 9pm ~ 1am.
