this may due to the streamyx port problem or too conggested. ( High traffic cause of all ur area people download BT).
Try disconnect and get other ip. It help also if u get different range ip


i will ask them ping my ip, if they get my ping reply more than 100 ms....i will sure ask them come see, make complain letter , email with screen shot , yell & shout at them if they un respond.

The exchange port side i think got problem liao. Got a lot time out when ping local web also. TMNUT never change. What is their priority = customer money only without give service.

Secondly they dun dare let internation ISP come in. Scared all boycott their Broadband = tapau TMnut

Today i made a report to Streamyx Customer Service. I complain slow.

Guess what they ask me to do... GO STREAMYX WEB TO TEST SPEED. ( I know is useless, i just entertain )
Then i say load www.streamyx.com also dam slow. Then the speedometer pop up.. i select brickfield and kelana jaya.
Both got Error 1000. I told the customer service cannot do speed test.

Guess what the Customer Service Reply to me..."Streamyx di sini tak ada masalah"

(GET more more fustrated with the answer they giving me).

I start to raise my voice . " Awak sana tak ada masalah, tapi sini saya ada. Kalau tak ada masalah, saya tak akan telefon dan buat complain.!!"


THEN HE REPLY." ENCIK SUDAH BUAT DISK CLEANUP TAK?""

IN MY MIND WHAT THE FARK IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE TALKING NOW. I GET MORE & MORE MAD.
I YELL AT HIM< U KNOW what u r talking about, what is streamyx slow got related to disk cleanup?
