I used to have the 1.5mb connection too before I moved from KJ to Shah Alam. To be fair, they tried to keep my account at that level but the lines here couldn't support it without constantly failing.

It only worked well when it was turned back down to 1mb.

edit: I totally forgot to post what I wanted to.

Tonight's internet has gone down the shitter. I can barely connect to most things right now from 60.48. Nevermind other IP's, they're all much worse. Even locally hosted servers are slow. I'm guessing they're actually doing some serious work now on the slowdowns lol.
