ya...last time i'm using streamyx 1Mbps package....but the download speed a got only below 300Kbps....when i complaint to them by phone...they said its normal....so i said what for i pay rm88 for nothing....they said they cant do anything...so i cancelled my package.....and last week i went to giant and meet with maxis promoter suggest me for maxis bb 3.6Mbps package(they call power package) for rm98...i asked did my area covered with they high speed bb(HSDPA)...she said yes after she checked in the laptop....so i took the offer...after a day....when i tried to connect for the first time....its too slow....and i done a speedtest for confirmation.....what a shock......i'm frusted...so i call maxis bb services center for explaination....he said my area was not under highspeed coverage....only got 3g...the max. speed can i have only 384Kbps...and now i'm down grade my package to 384Kbps for rm68 + rm25 for downgrade charges + problem loading page when surfing the internet....till now..still dont know what internet provider to choose...if i cancel this current provider...

after i downgrade my maxis bb package to starter package...i thought my suffer will decrease....but....the speed only increase 10 Kbps for download and 2Kbps for upload only...during surfing still lost connection...so i called cust. svcs to terminated my subscription...but they said i cant do that bcoz of i should terminated it a day b4....its mean i late 1 day from what they called 7days period....if i want to terminated it by walk in ....they will charges me penalty rm68x18month= RM1224......i ask for advices....they suggest to complain again to the tech. dept. ....so they will investigate by doing reception test and modem test....i only can terminated the svcs without penalty by they suggstion only.....what in my mind is my worst nightmare will begin.....F###....
