Ampang area damn slow...

It started to comeback to me now....800+ kbps download at speedtest.net

1mb package

den...same here...ampang has been crawling since yesterday...speedtest and speedometer less than 100kbps yesterday....now can get around 500+ but surfing still suffers for international sites and http downloads.

Im on basic 1mbps

Customer service full of noobs laa...they have to follow a list really....kesian...its not their fault but theyre getting the shit from us.

Hell happened to me once...logged a report, no response from them from 1 month....until i reported again (they havent mentioned abt the previous report ive logged). And i gave them shit abt the 1 month delay, they sent a techies 1 on 1 visit to my house, my pc....and fixed the prob, which was the port at the exchange needs to be changed...(it was disconnection prob).

Abt my slow connection, i called them around 9pm just now, logged a report, now i got my speed back....i just layan them with the list and talk normally (although im burning inside). I try to understand their position coz its not the guy who answers the phone was at fault. He was just the guy answering the phone and doing his job going thru the list (although sometimes can be annoying) im supportive of these ppl trying to make a living and imagine dealing with angry ppl at almost all call and still force a polite tone.....tough job if u ask me.

TM called me this morning saying that Ampang area IS having connection prob and ampang branch said it would take 2-3 days for it to be restored. I just said OK since my connection is back...

Hope i can get upgraded to 1.5mb or more...LOL

They said they gonna call me again when its done.

Rained so bad....my line totally down. the best part is they say they gonna attend to my report monday 6pm.
