Surfing this forum super duper slow.

Gmail have problems. Streamyx Website can't even access.
Best part, told the Customer service officer can't even enter streamyx website (wanted to do speed test), then she kept on asking us to do the speed test...when we have been telling her like 10++++ times that WE CANT ACCESS THE STUPID WEBSITE !~

Yup the customer service officer are following a list...

but sometimes...different problems ...they still follow list. Some are more flexible in a sense that they are more willing to send up a report for you, and check anything wrong with their side.

And some...are really....annoying in a sense that they have to follow everything to the T, even though we have already told them many many times what is wrong, and that we have already done all that. And its a different matter every single time !~

Sometimes we get normal speed during the night and lag like hell during the day, and yet somehow they can blame us for it. Best part is when, we had made a report, and somehow during the next 1-2 weeks, we called up regarding the same problem, and to be updated, we discovered that the report is closed !~ And guess what did the technician say in the report " Problem with the customer's line."
When no1 had came over to our place to test it out or even checked it, or even called us. But somehow, they closed the report without checking with us or anything. Our other reports, they did call back and confirm before closing the reports.
