Streamyx is playing around with their in-production networks from time to time. Some bad settings and there you go. That's all. And, some of their solutions are not scalable properly like the current issue with smtp proxying.
Their customers will be affected the most. But, with a few limited choices at the moment, what can the customers do besides pulling their hairs?
For me, I cannot say much since I have no arising issues which are so serious at the moment to face up with TM regarding my Streamyx connection. This is due to the fact that my home is within 3-4 km from the main CO (no bad SNR margin, line attenuation and such).
