any1 having problem browsing lyn or just me who has this problem?...office sdsl 1.5mbps oso slow..sometime even have cant find page problem

aih....called the screamyx..and really make me want to scream at them....the cs is reading the manual to me directly...
ME:i am connected but can't browse any website.. SCREAMYX: Sir..u must bypass the splitter and make direct connection... ME: i already tried....but still the same....dsl is connected but can't browse any website.. SCREAMYX: repeating the same fcking manual(Sir..u must bypass the splitter and make direct connection...) ME: repeating (i already tried....but still the same....dsl is connected but can't browse any website..) SCREAMYX: repeating the last script of their manual which is (Sir..u must bypass the splitter and make direct connection...) but with different tone... ME: hang up the phone~.... |

Usually by this time Tmnet customer service representative will respond to you in civilised manner because you almost covered their manual 6. Ask them what course of action they going to take and how long 7. Note down they proposed action and thank them accordingly 8. All we can do now is wait 9. If no result repeat step 1 and inform them this is the X number of called regarding the issues 10. PRAY sometimes some of the cs is just super duper stupid till reading the script without providing useful answer...my wife who use to be working in recruitment company say..they (streamyx cs center) hired those who desperate looking for job and sometime those who are not computer literate also they hired... the only way u might do if u encounter such situation is to hang up the phone and call again (hopefully the next cs who pick up your case would be much more better..) |

damn..dunno what's wrg with tmnut again...sufr half way dc..weird thing is my download is still running..msn connected..but can't surf any website..even local also same..have to restart modem then only can...
