i don't understand why they can NEVER tell us or let us know earlier about the 'supposedly down time'? they think their customer service workers damn free got nothing to do and want us to call them up to scold is it? paying so much and getting service that is so NOT worth it. you don't go to foreign forums seeing them complain about their ISP like we do. no wonder our country is always the target of other country's laughing stock lei.......................
