Today downloading BT is slow down, and online game as well, is TM have any trouble? Anyone face this problem?

Sometimes my internet dropped down, and i have to disconnect it and reconnect by myself

I do not know why Malaysia must Throttle bittorrent KAO KAO, and we still have many many things need to be improve, Throttle only will slow us down and not helping us at all.........
