Tried to call 100 and 1300889515 a few hours ago to complain about slow international connections, but got tired of waiting for a CSR . I have to say, having been a streamyx customer for 4 years and having gone through quite a few periods of poor service, this one has to be one of the worst. Oh yeah, while waiting for a CSR, the recording stated that there was service interruptions in Penang and Puchong. I LOLed and thought to myself... they should just say service interruptions nationwide and be done with it. At least it would be a more accurate and honest statement.
Sigh... waiting for Metrofon to expand their residential services to landed properties, not just condos.
