TMnet customer support hit a new low. lately my line went off on friday and made the normal report and all.
On saturday evening, i got a call from a b*tch who refuse to send any technician because she claimed that they already fix the problem on their site. She insist that I get a different modem and test my line before they can do anything else. she even ask me what happens if the technician come here and find out my modem is the problem, macam mana?
Isn't that the job of their technician in the first place?

unsatisfied, i call 100 again and and after talking to the support person, finally, a guy came on the line and told me that he will dispatch another team to look into my problem and give him 24 hours. it was fixed by 2pm today
I have to give credit to their technical team, at least they are doing something and even though its sunday today, they somehow manage to fix my line.
But the customer support is really a pain in the rectum. Since when its it their policy that the customers are suppose to test their own modem and all after a report is made?
I told her that they already ask me to ping my modem and all and its working before they make the report, but she only listen to herself talk
I wish they have people who will actually listen to what the customer is saying
