Recently the downloads from RS seems pretty fine though. Most of the time I get good connections with most of the IP ranges, except for yesterday.

Yeah, I'm thinking for asking rebate too. How do I tell them? Complain the downtime about the DNS and ask for rebate? Or must have something constructive?
