I'm on a 1 mbps package but was stuck with a 352/448 Kbps connection recently.
Emailed a complaint to streamyx in a polite and 'civilised' manner just to get their attention, a few emails later with tmnet is still reluctant to acknowledge that i have a problem, i pointed out that it was in their policy that if my speed was under 70% they'd investigate it. A few WEEKS later apparently it was fixed , 1024/448 Kbps, very fast. A month later, just as I was thinking of sending a heartfelt thank you letter to tmnet , i sensed a disturbance in the tubes, so i checked with mr modem, lo and behold the diabolical numbers 352/448 returned to haunt me.. possibly forever I give up. |

I'm totally flabbergasted. I know it's common knowledge that Streamyx f***s up like once every couple of months, but this shit has gone on for like months!
