TMnet's 219.94.9.166 gateway is kaput again.Badly!

Youtube streaming is also unbearable with certain ip ranges. The responses with TMnet's Cogent link seems to be problematic at the moment. Very high ping times.

IPs badly affected are the major ranges:

60.54.xx.xx
60.51.xx.xx

Both IP ranges stream Youtube awfully slow. Some videos can't even load at all.

Even 124.128.xx.xx ranges pawns those 2 main IP ranges now when comes to decent site access and video streaming. But somehow it's slower when comes to P2P download with asian peers.

TheStar website is hosted on NTT MSC network.Somehow the broken link is from within NTT MSC's network itself.

TMnet's link within the country is so far ok.

If you do a tracert to most international sites they, you'll notice that their ping times are normal 200-350 at most.
The problem is that the data streams get hickups very often every few seconds probably due to some stupid work going on with their routers. Their gateways seems congested as well for no reason even before exiting the country.

I listen to online radio most of the time but since end of last week, I can't seem to stream them well.Every few second sure get pauses.

TMnet is probably implementing some stupid bandwidth throttling app in their system or when and messed some of the settings in there. As usual they are not telling us.

Notice the pauses when you request a Youtube video? It loads for a few seconds, pauses for quite some time and resumes.
