If I were to pick this phone, what's the warranty period like? 12 months or 18 months from FMG? Hmmm..

Last time FMG provide 18 months for all Samsung phones. But now I see some sellers only give 12-months warranty wor. So I'm not sure.

QUOTE(Rusty Nail @ Nov 14 2008, 05:36 PM) lol, thanks wah. i thought u said gonna wait til sunday. mana tau so fast. after lunch actually. was out for some errands, seeing that i've the extra time to kill, so just drop by a phone shop to demo the both G400 and U900 at the same time. the latest SMS sent to you was using the G400. oh, the pic was taken with the G400 as well. previously using 9300, no camera, no vibrate. anyhow, the g400 is the best looking clamshell at the moment. good choice. now can show off like that guy in the '24' series. QUOTE(Rusty Nail @ Nov 14 2008, 05:56 PM) no boring at all, very fun phone to use. did u get any free memory card? I bought it at "premium price", RM1,499 because of easy payment. other shops quoted RM1380 cash chee mun bought about 1-2 months back @ RM1460 with free 4 gig I think. |

QUOTE(Rusty Nail @ Nov 15 2008, 10:27 AM) i haven't got any calls in public yet LOL. Then tomoro we do an experiment la. Purposely call u and then u answer and we see the reaction of others. Added on November 15, 2008, 10:35 amone more thing, where is the bluetooth turn on/off shortcut? it's quite a hassle going through the phone settings to turn off the bluetooth every time i finish sending pictures via bluetooth Perhaps you can map the bluetooth shortcut to one of your keys on the main screen? I do it on my Nokia, but IIANM Samsung should have a function like that too. Maybe you can try it out? |

QUOTE(Rusty Nail @ Nov 15 2008, 11:09 AM) their reaction will probably: "big ass clamshell" the G400 is bigger than the v3 by a lot, dude. lol. i like big-ass clamshells as i've used n90 and n93 before. so the g400 quite tempting. it's probably optical illusion, but i do find the G400 look bigger then the V3. QUOTE(xtorm @ Nov 15 2008, 11:12 AM) u can put as short cut at the d-pad, but only to the search menu, still need to go into option to off/on it, yea troublersome, worst then g600 wah. g600 and g400 using different bluetooth settings menu ah. i wonder why samsung didn't make them the same. maybe due to the touch screen thing on g400?QUOTE(Rusty Nail @ Nov 15 2008, 11:41 AM) This must be the code that Lawrence was trying to hide from us that day, remember? |

QUOTE(Love 414 @ Feb 17 2009, 05:32 PM) These are the band of shadow which i meant it before. I still cant discover the reason why it will happen. I did think that it may cause of the light cause it seem just happen when i take picture in my campus i think it's probably due to the fluorescent lighting which has a different refresh rate compared to your phone's camera refresh rate. the only way to solve the problem is to check your g400 to see if there is any settings to set (such as White Balance or how many 'Hz' for lighting).» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |
