I have the game. You'll have to get used to the addon, people with large hands, will find it crampy and hard to use. My American buddies are complaining about it. Funny how the game is made by them, yet the Asians are reaping the rewards. Thanks to my rather comely hands , no cramps here.

It's the "palmable factor" that bothers a lot of people when it comes to holding in place. Otherwise it is worthy of carrying the Guitar Hero name.
