If u're on Maxis, then it is a normal problem faced by
many Maxis iPhone users. No solution to it... yet.
Got 1 solution, but that involves changing of phone numbers. brows.gif

I turned off both call waiting and call forwarding, but it still gives me the failed calls problem sad.gif

Would appreciate any input, pls. Thanks!

Added on March 20, 2008, 2:40 pmUpdate:

Problem solved by turning "Call Waiting" & "Call Forwarding" OFF and "Send User ID" ON.

My Call Waiting is On,

Call forwading is off..

Show Caller ID is On, I think you just need to make sure the Show caller id is on then it will work. because I tried turn off show caller ID in other phone and it have the same problem.

I think the call failed happened sometime is because of the Maxis network, nothing to do with the phone.

yea, I fixed someone's iPhone yesterday.
apparently Maxis requires you to have Show Caller ID to be ON

Quick update: From the solution above, the call failed error will still turn up time to time. But I usually just dial again and it should be working again then.

Hope everyone's problem is solved smile.gif
