yeah i had a few disconnects when was on 124.*

got onto a 60.53 and it was more stable. but it was labelled 288 kbps line that is behaving like a 512 kbps.

the 512 kbps lines are not stable for me during peak hours but daytime, it's fine. the solid ones are the slower ones surprisingly

They admitted that there is international link problem again.

we had arena on thurs night, cept we q'ed for over an hour so we decided to call it quits. and during the time being i had a few spikes now and then and a few dc. thankfully i was leveling jc right after. got 270 - 365 within a day and got my epic jc exclusive gem

now all i need is ONE BT gem and i am COMPLETE, PERFECT.

28k latency seems impossible

not really, during the underwater cable broken incident, ive got pings as high as 30-40k++ before disconnecting shortly after.

messages can take up to 5-10mins to transfer, yes pm, msg, whisper, tells. that msg, 5-10mins. and i believe i have screennies stored somewhere on my old comp or internet server. just couldnt be bothered to dig em up and nonetheless im still at work

like i said, if u see 288 kbps labeled on the node, that is probably stable.
