Hola ppl,

Need help,

i need to purchase a good ,not so expensive and most important,easy to configure firewall for a small office comprises about 10 pc.

Any suggestion,which and where to obtain?

Easy is relative. If you used DOS, you can use linux/BSD easily. Free and dead easy to configure.

i prefer software but which one is easier to configure?

where can i learn to do it myself or any1 to consult ?


N PLS DO NOT PM ME WITH QUOTATIONS AROUND 5000!!!

it's just a small company,preferably,do it my own,get the h/ware or software n do it myself but need a detailed way...

software, u can try checkpoint n watchguard, but i am not sure how much, with 10 connection, mayb it will fall in ur price range.

hardware appliance like fortigate, watchguard, etc is good if u hv budget...

software[ms windows] base, you can also take a look at wingate, winroute, etc...
