You do not need to submit anything besides filling up the forms online. But you have to keep those related (like what you mentioned above) for 7 years from your submission.how about the signature part, how do we sign on efiling ?

i.e. if one fine day they decided to knock on your door, you'll need to provide those documents for their investigation.
