Hmm only the W62S which have GSM in roaming mode. AU phone has more limitation than DoCoMo models. About the stability, not sure.

The Q-Sim I brought in earlier already support W62S one.

Maxis is fairly stable but Celcom do perform better than Maxis in route I did the research but if use in a long run, I can't confirm that.

hmm....after try out the converter that bro badegg sent to me
the audio file after converted seems to be quite bad the quality...
not sure will it be very obvious when play by the phone

To use this converter for video files .Just duble-click setup.exe then select either
General:3GPP+AAC general setting or Transcoding_XviD_AAC_911T from the list.

I got another HE-AAC and AAC-LC converter ,m4a23gp converter  but for softbank models only.
The plus point of this converter is you can edit the tag files and add album art to song.

yup. I forgot which version already but I used to use Total video converter also but after having the audio ,video sync problems  I change back to the calcium 3gp converter.
Now only use TVC to convert RMVB and MKV files.

Those are the parameters (settings values) to be passed to the codec written in the transcoding config file.
If you're using Calcium 3GP converter or the variant, you can actually write additional script to output audio/video with different setting (like adjusting bitrate, the sampling rate, frame per second and etc)...

The Calcium 3GP Converter is just act as a middle man between your input and codec. Actually is the codec libraries doing the converting job.

Hmm, there is drag and drop area right? Just drag 2 files into the area and it will queue to convert. Unless you say you want to convert the source file to other output with different setting, then you have to customize and add a new option in it.

For Example:
For config for converting MP3 to AAC (MP3_AAC.ini)
Lets say currently only have these 2 options:
MP3 to AAC 48Kbps/44.1Khz
MP3 to AAC 96Kbps/44.1Khz

If you need the output AAC with the bitrate at 128Kbps, 192Kbps, you have to add the configuration into the MP3_AAC.ini.
The steps to add you can refer to the previous post by bro bedegg. Which teach you actually how to change the bitrate parameter.

not all sim chip pattern can be used (you may refer the PDF file created by vodafone)

if tak ngam, you will get "U SIM could not be recognized error message".
