The sub can be edited and made ma, the real and actual game he playing we don't know. Judging from the timeline the clip should be before the MMORPG aura so it's not gonna be Guild War.

i read the original translation which state that it's german and he having a hard time starting up his pc and loading dota and got pwnd lol
