to make sure ur car have enough power after cornering... normally u feel after cornering ur car power come late rite? that's y they rev the car to make sure they can get the power on the exit of a corner.. normal drive no need do tat la too dangerous already..
another thing happen when u at slope and u step on brake u also can do the same if u dun 1 to pull e brake and u cant estimate the release accelerator and clutch properly.
