AMD is enough to be known as best bang for buck.Even the B3 stepping price X4 procs are cheaper with higher clockspeed than Q6600 eventhough the performance not same.

Btw,i still remember in the past which mobo manufacturer produces slot for P3 and socket for AMD
But last time Intel uses like the Ram one while AMD use socket. I wonder how if there's a mobo manufacturer could make 2 socket This post has been edited by AMDAthlon: Mar 27 2008, 12:30 PM |

QUOTE(ah_khoo @ Mar 27 2008, 12:53 PM) we can't really intel is more expensive nowdays given d e2x00 series are doin really good which offer almost 60% & above oc. to be honest, it worths more than gettin a am2 system which cost d same or slightly lower. Yeah. But i mean once the B3 stepping reach us or the whole world, imma sure it will be best bang for buck for a X4 processor.Well the fate of AMD is now on Deneb cores or the AMD Fusion. If it fails also, THE FINAL waves..32nm .. i personally believe best bang for bucks nowadays belong to intel e2xxx series bro. this is what will happen when there's no competition, imagine if amd been wiped out from d cpu market, how much will intel sell their chips? was x2 3600+ a high end system 4 months back bro? have fun w/ d figures then... And bro pWs tot no hardware section here? Btw,Triple core is nothing becos its B2 Stepping This post has been edited by AMDAthlon: Mar 27 2008, 07:17 PM |

Eh guys.There will be an improvement definitely.Htt 3.0? CNQ 2.0?Lower Power Consumption?lol
I heard somewhere else there will be 6MB - 12MB L2 Cache which is somewhere in 2009 I dunno it correct or not. From softpedia though. This post has been edited by AMDAthlon: Mar 27 2008, 11:39 PM |

Yeah.I am also eager to know how will the Deneb cores doing.I hope it AT LEAST could beat off those E8xxx Series and Q6xxx and Q9xxx series. Then imma sure most of them will switch to AMD.
