the speed seems stuck at 2.99Ghz, cannot hit 3.0Ghz.
my bios max vcore option is 1.375v...and
when i try
15.5 multiplier, success boot into windows, but bsod when login
i guess my OS/mobo really can't see 3.0ghz..
bro ur mobo's vcore can onli go as high as 1.375 onli arrr...

even my not to good gigabyte can go 1.55vcore...

cos not all 5000+ BE can do good OC on stock vcore or just a little notch of it bro @digswell can confirm this i think...mine need at least 1.4 to get a stable orthos an 32spi...
vdimm also plays its part too whats ur current vdimm and btw u using 3gig or 4 gig ram ur ss says 3 or ur windows is x86 not x64...
and plz dont use the .5 multiplier from my exp its not really good u know...
