Just ask properlylah cause before I bought mine, I ask around the pc fair booth... the sales there, both the original dell both or the reseller both very confident say that their XPS 1530 come with 8600M GT DDR2 only. Somemore one of them try to convince me that DDR2 is good enough one . Anyway i ended buying from one of the seller here at Lowyat.net who is confidently say his is DDR3. After bought back check, its DDR3 lah .
