Engineering where to study automotive engineering?, local or overseas??

i have great interest in automotive..and i have just got my SPM result..8A1 and 2B3 for BM and BC..
planning to go TIMES ACADEMY to study automotive mechatronic but feels like kinda waste with my result..and it is just advanced diploma course.. so..now i have another plan..to study overseas but where to study??which university?? kindly please help me.. |

automotive engineering in TOC is only diploma..
