AudioPro S5.1 MK2 is the grandpa of S750? what is the major different between them?

i heard one of the forumer in one of the chinese forum said s750 already arrive? it is true? he said he ask the sales represent in the penang pc fair, and the price is Rm1499? i just need some one to identify the confidence level of this news.......
