hello all..
today i'm tried to O.C my e2140, before this i already o.c it - FSB 350x8 / ram divider 2.4 = DDR2 840

so this morning i up FSB to 375 (my hope can get 375*8 = 3000MHz) / and set RAM diver to 2
then my pc booting, but blue sreen when windows startup, my pc automatic reboot, i enter back to BIOS, set it back to my last succesfull o.c (fsb 350)

but, after enter windows, i open up CPU-Z, my cpu show at default speed/fsb = 1600MHz / FSB 200 (default for e2140)

then i shutdown, enter BIOS again, see my setting, BIOS setting showup my FSB=350, cpu speed at 2800MHz, but when enter windows, cpu-z detect my proc at default speed/fsb

then i clear cmos, setting back fsb, but same result

is't my proc burn... or my mobo KO already?

my pc spec is
proc e2140
mobo ga-p35-ds3 rev2.1
value ddr2 667 kingston
powerlogic 350w true power
asus 8400gs
os vista ultimate 32bit sp1

UPDATED..... Fuhhhhhhhhhh Fuhyoooo.. settle already ma... make me ... everything back to normal, after i turn off my pc / pull out wall plug,then give my pc rest about 10minutes.. then turn back on, setting back bios to last succes o.c...

update from my e2140 rig.

O.C E2140 up to 80% (360*8 = 2880 MHz) + Value Kingston DDR2 667 (360*2.4 = 864Mhz) on GA-P35-DS3 without up Vcore/Vdim

Temp :
Idle 33'c (in room temp ; ~23'c/aircond)
Full Load Temp ; 45~50+

i need some advise about my O.C setting

my pc spec is
mobo - GA-P35-DS3
ram - 4GB ; 2x value kingston DDR2 800MHz
proc - e2180

1st setting
-cpu multiplier set to default x10
-cpu freq set to 300
-memory divider at 3.33
so result = cpu clock @3000MHz / memory clock @1000MHz / FSB at 1200MHz
everyday used nothing problem, no crash, no hang, no blue screen, BUT....
test using Everest system stability - had some error after 2~3 minutes test

2nd setting
-cpu multiplier set to x8
-cpu freq set to 380
-memory divider at 2.5
so result = cpu clock @3040MHz / memory clock @950MHz /FSB at 1520Mhz
test using Everest system stability test - no error at all


so now i stick at 2nd setting.
cause the high FSB...so far i monitor the mobo temperature is arround 30~39' celcius

so, any problem with my setting?
is setting cpu multiplier from default x10 to x8 cause any prob to my proc?
