Yeap, definately your RAMs
 Me(E2160) and a1098113(E2140) can do below 19s with 3.2ghz 400x8 but with RAMs working at 1000mhz. |

The RAM timings are mostly the same... 4-4-4-10 / 5-5-5-12 or irregular timings like 4-5-5-11 / 4-5-4-11. The 1st timing is very important to fasten stuff and the 4th is precharge delay which usually is 1st + 2nd + 2.

That quickens up your SuperPI... But it will do less stress to your processor especially when you're running a stress test...

New E2160 rig will be reporting in tomorrow
 Specs are as follows: GeCube 3870XT X-Turbo 3 Abit IP35-E / Foxconn P35A / DFI Blood Iron P35 Corsair XMS2 800 C5 / Random OCZ 2GB Kit Xigmatek S1283 Tuniq TX-2 320gb 16mb Sata2 SS E2160 Silverstone Strider 560W Microsoft Optical Desktop 2000 Samsung 931BW Added on for the question. Finally, I settled on a DFI P35 Blood Iron... Totally don't know how to tweak the BIOS... Anyone here can teach me how to set it?
