sup guys

just bought a new E2160 yesterday

since this is my first time overclocking,is it safe to keep it running at higher speeds all the time?

i'm using a CM 430w PSU and a Gigabyte P35-DS3L mobo

for HSF,i'm using the stock version that came with the processor

i tried OCing my E2160 to 3ghz,and when i try prime95,there is an error

i'm not really familiar with OC stuffs,is there anything wrong with the settings?

think i found the problem

i set the voltage control back to auto instead manual,and no problems.

but the games do crash once and a while,due to overheating?
