I think you mean.....set the jumper to clear cmos, then turn off the power, then discharge the board rite? Then I suppose set the jumper back to normal state n power up again??

Btw........i've reset the jumper a few times and it always works when i do this

1. turn off psu power switch
2. discharge motherboard well i press the power switch a few times
3. set jumper at clear cmos for 10 seconds or so
4. re-set jumper to normal position
5. power up

u mean tat P35 problem? self restarting when power on system? If so, BSEL mod on processor will help.. 

yeah...it got that symptom...after that suddenly it can't boot up at all....

guys....now i can OC my e2160 3.2ghz but the vcore is kinda high to make it stable..vcore is 1.52v....below not stable...
and the dual boot gone already...flash the bios to v14 modded one...

and some more...the temp reading kinda crazy....idle at 36c..then suddenly jump to 42c...its make me more not understand..

now im running on 375 x8 = 3Ghz @ 1.440v

nope... it's E2140, my dad's PC, E2160 @3GHz stock voltage only

some batch of e2160 does 3.2 or 3.0 easily.. but go furthermore need alot vcore 

tried with 1:1 ratio oredi..at first i was thinking its caused by my kingston value..i even tried it with 1.45vcore and 1.32vnb..haih..any other options to tweak it? 

same here...using mars n ballistix...highly doubt tat both r de cause of it cant go beyond 380FSB...

boss...even using after market cooler...vcore up till 1.6v
also same thing happen...FSB not over 380

Vnb i dun think need up la...cos my 6600 going over 400 also no nid adjust Vnb...when over 444FSB la...haha

3 MARS...still same...so conclude de chip cant pass 380FSB...not other factors
