Extreme OC is mean to squeeze every last bit out of your processor,as long as stable for PI and CPUZ Valid,that enough No need to be stable,it is pointless unless it is orthos max 1hour wr

Should be able to do 450x8,try Regza tweak

Copy a large 2GB file from one partition to Super PI folder then copy again back to original location and launch Super Pi after that,should give you a decent boost.Then time for memset Also,run msconfig,select diagnostic boot mode,this can lighten your os by quite a margin. Then,close explorer.exe during your SPI run All of these maybe give you 30's boost but i don't like to do 32M PI so my gain is guess only.Might be more,might be less.

Tweak your DDR2 nicely first. Try 600C4 E21xx like high memory speed

Try to bump vmch to 1.4xv or 1.5V if dare The board should choose better trd and most likely will be stable

Just put a fan over your NB Sometime you need more vmch to stable,more so when using tight trd(Performance Level)

Your processor is on its way to degradation aka hell

To be precise,1M result Cache don't seem to be deciding factor in 32M PI

E2xxx,E4xxx replacement is E7200

I think you can shave another .1-.2's with faster speed on cpu Go do some 32M bench

But how the board is tweak also play a role
Like your case,mars with E2140 cannot go beyond 95% OC while on IP35E can do 120% OC

I mean the way the bios and the board is tweak by manufacture for higher end cpu
