so far, these issues will surely be held at kastam:
1. huge boxes.
2. huge boxes, opened and contains multiple same items.
3. declared more than RM500.
4. shipment frequency under ur name.

as for number 4, if its separate shipment of 1 item per shipment and different item per shipment, my bet u gonna be safe.
if kena tahan, maybe they just wanna check whats inside but they just want u to open in front of them.
but since they got scanner, most of the time they wont open, if ok, they just cop dilepaskan...

registering for paypal is vey easy.
the only thing u need to know is whether ur cc is capable for online purchase or not.

so, ur next purchased via paypal will get the discount for USD1.45.

u can purchase not only from ebay.com but other online retailers as well.

some seller wouldnt under declare if u buy from ebay.
but if ur purchases are <RM500, no need under declare la...
unless its small but pricey, then under declare..
so far, from my experience, HLJ and Rainbowten under declare ur shipment if the shipment is small, if slightly big, maybe 3/4 of total cost or undeclared shipping charges.
