I think the Yamaha is quite a good buy for the budget you mentioned. I bought a f410 about 10 years back and its still with me till today. Mainly for rough usage like go picnic with family to seaside etc. Along the way we had quite a few good ones and sold a few as well.

Has anyone tried Garrison's entry level guitar like G20 or G30? I am in a dilemma of getting an acoustic guitar within the price of below RM2k. First in my mind was Taylor Big Baby at about RM1.6k but after browsing some discussion thread, seems that there are quite a few choices around like S&P, Ibanez etc. What's your say if budget is around or below RM2k?
