GET A LIFE PEOPLE! A REAL ONE!
Always did wanted to say that. But seriously, when you're starting to get so absorbed about leveling, how about living the real life?

he took up enchanting, smart way to level up fast and fight big badass monsters, on bg a low level with enchanting can beat higher level players.

i bet this the faster than the previous... QUOTE Yesterday evening, several members of Blizzard team were watching two players, and when we asked them the reason, they told us these players were breaking the speed-leveling record and they managed to do 1-60 in 14 hours.
It turned out that these two players are not totally unknown, they are named Mineva (Stormscale-EU) and Athene (you might have heard of his *videos*), and they have broken the world record in powerleveling a character to level 70: 1 day, 2 hours and 31 minutes.
A few details on the record: - The character was created on Monday. - They did it in one row, therefore without rested exp. - This record happened on the European Stormscale realm.

I think he had a bunch of warlocks helping him.
Just fill up the quest log, ask lock to summon to the quest spot. He tap all the mobs, then someone AOE all of it. Resummon to another area, rinse and repeat.

As for the action bar, as chaichai said, default WoW actionbar with the 2 sidebars active. You can enable extra actionbars in the interface menu, under "Advanced" section.
