oooh.... i just ordered something from there a few days ago...
they have payment by Paypal and got some tracking service (at least at Hong Kong side) Most important of all... free shipping! Will update once i receive the item (or not...) but Paypal should provide some level of protection Added on April 4, 2008, 8:59 pmAs promised i have an update! Just received the item today, the postman threw my Perfect Shot Wii Gun over the gate but it had bubble wrap type of packaging so all is well. Product is good and sturdy, and packaging is sufficient protection. Note that shipping was free by mail NOT courier. Courier would incur additional charge. Here's the info from the Tracking Page (only tells you when it was shipped out because it was by Air Mail) Order: -------- placed on 3/8/2008 3:38:15 AM Status: (of current shipment) On 3/10/2008: Shipped ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by keeying: Apr 4 2008, 08:59 PM |

Toy Review
At first look the item looks sturdy and appears to be of quality make. The Wiimote is easy to slide in and fits snugly. The male nunchuck connector fixed in position and is automatically plugged in once the Wiimote is slided in properly. The nunchuck can then (optionally) be plugged into the female nunchuck connector at the bottom of the handle. Note however that it lacks the "orange clip" at the tip of the Nyko Perfect shot and the Wiimote may be flung out during adrenalin rushed sessions of gunslinging. I found a solution though it may not look all that cool (see image). The trigger feels just right for me, giving a definitely superior gaming experience for shooting games compared to just the "B" button as is. But some may find it a little stiff and may tire their index finger when firing repeatedly. Also the handle of the gun is a bit too far away from the Wiimote's centre of gravity causing a moment of force that makes the whole setup feel a bit heavy. Holding the gun sideways seem to reduce the effect. I will give that idea a try during my next session and secretly feel cool at the same time The handle has two light blue coloured parts which has rubberised coating giving a nice grip. But the size of the handle may feel awkward for smaller hands and seems to be better suited for large adult hands. In conclusion, a good "cheapo" version of Nyko's Perfect Shot for cheap-o-me... Haven't seen an actual Nyko version but soon there will be several owners at Lowyat forum... maybe u guys can give a review too This post has been edited by keeying: Apr 6 2008, 10:56 PM |
