1st... measure whats the size of your chest not including your breast... that's you size no. eg 36 ... then measure your breast size and minus the chest size... that's your alphabet... eg A - 1 inch, b - 2 inch
that's what my friends taught me.. works well

QUOTE(heavenhell @ Mar 12 2008, 01:02 AM) haha beck_ken definately got a small palm maybe still a todler or small kid... neway... dont spam unnecessary comments... stay to the topic yeaps.. i guess that chart works well.. however it is best to try it out yourself... it works as a guide only.. neway... dont buy biggers bras to look big.. it wont provide support and you wont know if you are rubbing against ppl...

try on a few cups then you will know.. as long it supports your breast well then it is the right one... 1st decide on size then on cup... then go for sports bra later...

QUOTE(Jyezze @ Mar 12 2008, 10:39 PM) sports bra usually dont have specific sizes.... so they offer the best support... compare the support to the sports bra's ... if it is nearly the same then the size n cup is correct
