Help with printer, cant make it work

hi guys,
im having problem with printing.
ive connected my printer usb but seems like they cant find the driver for my printer.
im using Canon LBP 2900
ive tried to use any driver which is similiar but not the actual one
still i cant get the printer to work.
how to install the printer?
ive find the driver to download from apple.com driver download but still cant find any driver for the printer.
help, help...need guide

what mac u use??  btw, do update ur mac so that the latest driver for printer/scanner/etc will be up to date and can be connected...

1) Download & install the Canon CAPT driver. 2) Download & install the Canon LBP2900 driverPlace it into the /Library » Printers » Canon » CAPT » Profile 3) Connect your printer & it should work. Else add your printer from System Preferences » Print & Fax. I do not have this printer to test, but report says it works. This post has been edited by wei: Mar 11 2008, 03:34 PM
