as for this series, i will continue watching it just for the sake of well, watching it. i never liked any half hanging series, even if its bad as shit itself. if i happen to pick up an anime series, i will follow it to its end, unless, its really REALLY bad. geass r2 is at the very least, in full HD, and a decently high budget production afaik. if i ignore the plot altogether and watch the pretty animation, that alone can get me through the entire series even if its bad.

after so many years of anime, if i remember vaguely, ive only really abandoned like... 1? or 2 series. im trying to recall what it was to point out the real terribads, but ugh i just couldnt, perhaps ive never even abandoned any anime series before. who knows. but i hope this message would be clear on my view points of any given anime

suzaku made his move, knights of round in the house, and zero continue to capitalize on his rolo, and now his new possession - villeta. and lets not forget the epic lulu's "oh shi-" face, that ill never get old with.

one thing's for sure, suzaku is determined to set things straight. knights of one, to take ahold of area 11, and even nunally as governor... wow. (ignoring the fact that its pretty much a card against lulu, amongst the important key characters, i dont see anyone else as fitting as nunally to be area 11's governor.)

if only zero backs off, this would be quite a "fairy tale" ending. but then again, its just ep5, and since this story is about lulu's rebellion, aint happening anytime soon

knowing that it is a 3 season deal, and the title is still his damn rebellion, id quickly dismiss such news.

theres still a lot of potential outcomes. would he side with suzaku even? there is a possibility

well, zero is a manipulative person and while it has its obvious benefits, when it backfires, its going to be a real PITA to clean up that mess. and thats what we've been seeing throughout season2 thus far anyways

theres still so much potential for the plot/storyline so long sunrise and/or whoever responsible of it stop screwing around. ep5. to me is more like ep1, it was a good "start" and i will be looking forward to the upcoming episodes as it unfolds more rivalry between suzaku and lulu. oh and lets not forget the supposedly OP'ed KOR. whats strategy and tactics when you're being overpowered by imba-knights?

btw, the whole rolo exposing his geass weakness to lulu is just
but considering how awesome ep5 ended, ill just geass myself to forget it

as for the spoiler leak, i dunno. i personally just dismiss it without a thought. but i mean, they did butchered ep1-4 code geass pretty well, knowing that i dont find it surprising of them to pull out such BS

well thats the plan of suzaku as far as i can tell. and... im sure suzaku ALREADY knew zero's back, and just closing 1 eye. because lulu wouldnt recognize who the hell nunally is remember? of course, lulu will prolly play stupid and try to go by, but i doubt suzaku will care if he does or does not remember nunally. well, we'll know how it goes on lulu's reaction to suzaku on ep.6, until then, LOL KNIGHTS OF ROUND! i think suzaku wouldnt care (or for that matter being suspicious of lulu as you said) if lulu gains back his memories or not. he sorta "knew" he already gained back his memories judging from the past episodes reactions and the rooftop encounter on ep5. Lulu playing dumb again or not wouldnt really affect him as i believe suzaku's just giving the "heads up" or to put it harshly, a warning, in the sense that if people know he gain back his memories, nunally is dead. (suzaku cares for nunally as well remember?) so we could also assume hes hinting lulu to quit being zero? (based on linkin's ep7 "spoiler")

well, it'll be interesting to see how it goes.

lulu already realize this, and just act normal with nunally. or just play dumb and break nunally's heart. hehe.

well, based on the above 2 post, i think its official ep5 is the unofficial ep1 of code geass

if its doing that, it had its requirement of being a "good anime" fulfilled. (of course this is very subjective, but you get the idea)

hopefully it will keep me thinking about it just like i did for its predecessor - gundam 00. all it really need to do is to keep it at this and more, and who knows it may even surpass what gundam 00 was able to do (people improve and move forward, not the other way around )

as for their relation, i think suzaku is more for the greater good of area 11. if he really hated lulu that much he had PLENTY of opportunities to kill/torture him until his satisfied. he is a knight of seven after all with a whole lot of authority under the direct command of the emperor. and the way i see it, i dont think the emperor would give a damn if lulu just suddenly die (from suzaku or w/e)
