celcom nowadays are very bad/low class ISP.when i register it about 1year ago,the speed quite satisfied with no lagging at all.now when everybody turn to BB,celcom still not upgrading their services.i pay for something that very slow.-sigh-

i wonder when Malaysia's ISP going to achieve 1st class rank if only tmnut are the main ISP.need more competitor in this to help it achieve the quality and the speed.
