signed up and cancel the subscription for refund.

reason: No coverage at all at Taman Putra Perdana, Puchong (not all Puchong area covered)

procedure: return back the modem in good conditions. bring along the receipt. But refund payment will be made by check (from u-mobile)within 30 days.

good things: very easy to signup. no hassle. only need ic copy and any utilities bil.

still waiting on the effectiveness of the refund process.. still waiting for the check. (refund on 1/4/2008)

Added on April 2, 2008, 10:08 pmdon't simply bash u-mobile lah. this t&c quite similar to celcom broadband. i dunno bout maxis but i believe it just the same.
for celcom, if u exceeded the 5GB barrier, they will manage the user's bandwith. (read terms 5.4 under excessive usage - for celcom)

haish.. already 29th but still no news bout my refund. (refund on 1st april)
the shop said that umobile will refund in 1 month..

still one day more to wait..

no news on the refund.. sure kena this u-mobile after this.
i'll complaint after labour day.

just want to update.
i got my refund check already.
check dated 24/4/2008 but just received one week ago.
