UMOBILE - is the most inefficient Telco in Malaysia or maybe in asia. This si because it only works in 3G for postpaid users. This infact drains out Mobile phone battery so fast unlike gsm/3G telcos.. e.g Celcom,Maxis you can set only use GSM.. and DIGI is fully GSM..
I dont see a reason why U Mobile cannot fix this problem..! this unfair to users of postpaid because prepaid users have the option to go GSM/3G but not postpaid.. UMOBILE engineering or manufacturing please fix this issue quickly.. i spoke to the staff in Berjaya TimeSquare whom are inefficient and very amateurish service compare to the likes of Digi or Maxis..they told me its a manufacturing process error.. whereby i think just xcuses and doesnt make sense.. it can be rectified on the engineering side whereby postpaid simcards should be able to go GSM or 3G.. when needed.. Maybe Umobile just want to exploit the broadband service or maybe they want users oif postpaid to use the 3G capabilities and in return get revenues quickly because most of their postpaid package has a capped of rm176 for broadband service.. Can someone xplain this to me.. or am i wrong here.. This post has been edited by intune: Nov 13 2008, 02:16 AM |
